BUSINESS CLASSIFICATION:
Businesses can be classified by different criteria. For example, target clientele: Business-to-business - Business-to-consumer, industry: Aerospace - Entertainment, or even more generic: Manufacturing - Service. All these categories are widely used by economists, statisticians, accountants, etc.
We suggest a new category. Some businesses target disadvantaged consumers - "Payday Loans", pawnshops, etc. - you won't find those in upscale suburbs. Credit card companies - they make most of their money from interest rates rather than from standard charge fees paid by the merchants. More than that, banks LOVE customers who cannot pay their balance in full by the due date, and are charged 20-25-30% interest. Or let's say, "health care providers". Doctors and hospitals would suffer financially if there were no illnesses, and no one would need their services. These kinds of businesses flourish on others' misfortunes - financial, health, or otherwise. This type could be appropriately called "Parasitic"
Our company belongs to another category: we are in business of preventing disasters - financial (mechanical breakdowns with subsequent expensive repairs) as well as life-threatening (falling off wheel or failed brakes in the mountains). Why not to call this type of business "Good Samaritan".
Let's explore other attributes of a business. A casino, for instance, gives you an opportunity to win, potentially - big time but - obviously - statistically, people lose much more than they win, otherwise casinos would not be able to make billions in profits. Our customers benefit financially from using our services in nearly 100% cases. They either avoid buying a lemon that would cost them thousands to repair, or get a powerful "buying point" - a list of defects - that gives them an opportunity to slash the price winning more - sometimes many times more - than the cost of the inspection. Now, once we have defined the attributes of the new category, let's find an appropriate name... How about "Winning Potential" with two subcategories: "Statistically Impaired" (casinos, etc. with negative "Winning Potential") and "No-Way-To-Lose" (pre-purchase auto inspections with positive "Winning Potential").

WHO WE ARE:
- We are a group of highly qualified Automotive Technicians with over TWENTY years of general automotive and nearly FIFTEEN years of a specific inspections experience.
WHAT WE DO:
- We perform thousands of inspections per year - for the leading automotive manufacturing and Extended Warranty Companies as well as for individual consumers like yourself.
- We are ASE and Mobile AC (EPA) Certified Technicians - the proven professionals.
- We come from the engineering background, which is an advantage few if any of our colleagues can claim. Ultimately, this knowledge is used to provide the most accurate technical information for our customers.
- Over the years, we have been called upon by Daimler Chrysler Contract, Honda Warranty, Toyota Warranty, Geico, GE Capital, Allstate, and many other companies to perform accurate, quality technical inspections and are proud of our career history but, most importantly, honesty and integrity have been the key to our reputation, success, and continued career.
- Our experience with virtually every vehicle make and model on the road over the last two decades makes us aware of the typical defects which each of them is likely to develop. Our expertise along with the state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment we use makes our inspections especially accurate and effective.
At this time, we are proud to announce yet another addition to our service menu - now we offer FOUR inspection levels that cover everything including a Hi Tech Engine Performance Analysis. Please visit the "Services" page for detailed description.
Since the large corporations like those mentioned above have been using our services for decades, is not it fair to make the same quality service available to individual car buyers like yourself?
We are TOTALLY INDEPENDENT and, therefore, the possibility of a conflict of interests is completely out of question!
WHAT WE DO NOT DO:
The following may sound too good to be true in today's "business environment" but it is the case.
- We DO NOT ignore you, your phone calls or your e-mail messages - you will not get a "someone will call you back within 48 hours" kind of attitude. When you call you talk with an inspector who is qualified to answer any questions you may have.
- We DO NOT treat you as a very small number unlike some other businesses, especially the large ones.
In other words, we DO NOT treat you the way we would not like to be treated by someone else.
We believe - and have proven over and over again - that a business can treat its customers fairly and still be successful. To check our record with the Better Business Bureau, please follow this
